Family-owned and operated since 1970, our boutique brokerage was founded in San Leandro by Gina’s uncle, Albert “Al” Rinetti. Today, Al’s daughter, Tianne, and her husband, Perry Vittoria, carry on the family’s name and legacy as the brokerage’s owners.
We are proud to be part of that tradition, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Tri-Valley and beyond. Having grown up in the East Bay and Tri-Valley, we bring local knowledge and a personal connection to the neighborhoods we serve. As top-producing Realtors and recipients of the Bay East Association of Realtors’ Platinum Achievement Award, we combine that community perspective with experience and dedication.
