We met Jeannine at her open house. We made an offer on the house where she represented the seller, and also us, as the buyer. We also had her list our house for sale in order to close the purchase. I wanted to give a shout out to Jeannine Rinetti, for being just so professional and wonderful as she is. We were in the market for a realtor and we got Jeannine‘s contact from an acquaintance who had transacted with her recently. For any of us who has dealt with realtors, it’s not always that you are left 200% satisfied after the work is done. It was the same for us as well. We had dealt with realtors before and as much as they completed the transaction that they were assigned, there was always something that was left to be desired. Everything changed with our association with Jeannine, from the first text to the first meeting to the last meeting, she has been so exemplary in her approach, extremely professional, really loves what she does, and along with that she is extremely detailed oriented and in all honesty, nothing can get past her and get missed. The process completely superseded the transactional nature of the job. Our satisfaction rate is as high as it could possibly be. Both buying and selling can be very overwhelming, and she was literally holding our hand along the way, and never for a single moment we felt pressured into doing something that we didn’t want to commit to. I told Jeannine that she has been sent as a blessing from God for us at this time. And I think that pretty much summarizes our experience with Jeannine as a realtor. Way to go girl!!!

Words can’t describe how amazing Gina is. I really can’t rave enough about her. I heard about Gina from a local Facebook post. I messaged a few realtors with the intent to interview several before selecting one to help us sell our home. Gina was the first one I spoke with, and ended up being the only one because after our conversation, I knew she was the one. I told my husband I didn’t even want to bother interviewing anyone else. However, I did due diligence and asked for referrals. I spoke with 2 of them and that just sealed the deal even more. We had several friends and family that also listed their house around the same time as us. Their homes were on the market for over 30 days and sold under asking. I compared our experience with Gina to what they told me about their experience. These are the things that stood out: Communication- prompt, explained everything along the way and answered all our questions without making us feel dumb. She kept us in the loop on everything and even sent reminders the morning of about upcoming events. She also made a calendar for the selling/listing process, and another one for the closing process, which was super helpful so we knew what to expect and when to expect it (we were still living in our home when it went on the market). She’s very organized and stays on top of things. And she’s very easy to talk to. Marketing strategy- she knew the market and strategized appropriately. She made appropriate recommendations to get our house ready and has a list of trusted contacts to get the job done. We received offers even before our house was officially listed. She arranged our home to be staged and worked with us for our own furniture that was still in the home. Negotiating skills- Gina vetted all of our offers so we were well informed and made the best decision. We sold our house for $150k over the listed price, getting some of the offers to increase over $100k from their original bid, in a tumultuous market that favored buyers and not sellers. Flexibility- she was responsive and listened to any concerns we had or feedback. She worked with us to make the process as easy and effortless as she could for us. She arranged the inspections and contractors. All in all, I would highly recommend Gina. I am so thankful I found her. I didn’t know her before; not only was she our realtor, but she’s now a friend. In addition to everything above, she’s thoughtful, kind, and so easy to talk to and work with.
