Gina made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don’t (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

We can’t speak high enough of Gina. My family and I were looking for a very specific type of home, a Dimond in the rough if you will and she came through and then some. She worked tirelessly and got us into the home of our dreams is a very competitive market. We even faced challenges and setbacks with the seller that pushed our closing date out quite a bit and she took it all on and worked with all parties involved and made it happen. Gina was introduced to us so we could find our next home in Livermore, seeking more space for our toddler and less commuting. We had a fairly narrow range of price/size/location in mind, and Gina was patient and helpful as we took our time getting a better feel for the market and waiting for the right combination of those parameters to appear. After two unsuccessful offers lost to cash and short closing, the three of us were a finely tuned machine when it came to preparing our third (successful!) offer. Gina read the situation perfectly and pushed a strong offer out late on a Sunday night to get the deal done. The closing process is where Gina really stood-out, with her calmness, expertise, and deep professionalism standing in stark contrast to the efforts of counter-party agent. While all is well that ends well, we are very grateful we had Gina by our side through what turned out to be a stressful closing period.
