The details: Working with a family owned and operated company is so important to us as small business owners ourselves, so we knew we were in good hands from the start. Jeannine & Gina Rinetti are two of the kindest, most genuine, hardworking people I have ever come across and it is truly their hearts desire and passion to find the perfect home for their clients. You seriously can't ask for a more dynamic duo.
Jeannine made sure to keep this process of house hunting as hassle free as possible, and was always willing to meet us at a listing when it was convenient for our schedules. Gina is an expert with details and has such professional relationships with other Relators in the area, which helped when we began the offer process. Both of these ladies are so visionary when it comes to walk throughs and have a great eye for detail, which is helpful for first time buyers like us. We would go through this process all over again if it meant working with Rinetti Reality, and would highly recommend them to all family, friends, and acquaintances!

Jeannine is fantastic, period! She was initially recommended to us by a friend, whom she had helped get a home for last year, and off the bat you could see how involved she was going to be. As first time homebuyers, who had zero experience with the process, and in this insane housing market, I can't tell you what a difference it makes to have a realtor who you feel you can trust to take care and arrange visits, paperwork, comps etc. Jeannine did all that and more, sticking with us all the way until the end through every contract, every viewing and even the inspection process. She was indispensable to us during the process, the epitome of professionalism (even under duress) and I cannot urge you enough to choose her as a realtor if you are looking for one.

One last note; what I found *the most* special about Jeannine, and what I am most grateful for, is that if you ask her last minute to view a place that just came on, she will hustle to get you in there and draft an offer ASAP. She truly makes you feel like she's working exclusively for you, and that's not something I often hear about realtors, let alone here in the Bay Area. Again, I truly recommend Jeannine wholeheartedly.

Jeannine was great to work with. She helped us in buying our home in a crazy market in South Livermore! We been hunting for ours homes and when we first met her. She exactly understood what kind of home we are looking for. When going through bidding process, she always keep us posted on upcoming homes on the market and was able to work with agents even before it was posted on the active market. Only because of her local contacts in Livermore area , were we able write an offer and close it off-market. Throughout the closing process she was very professional and provided us with all the referrals for inspections, repairs etc.

I feel very lucky to have been introduced to Jeannine through mutual friends. I was on the hunt for a small bungalow in a very specific neighborhood in downtown Livermore, but as a single mom, in this insane Bay Area real estate market, I really never thought I would be able to do it financially.
