I was referred to Jeannine and Gina through a friend when I mentioned I was interested in selling my condo and upgrading to a house. Real estate is definitely not my wheel house and I was very uninformed on many aspects of the process.

Luckily, after having a conversation with Jeannine and Gina, they assured me that they'd walk me through the entire process step by step and be available any time (day/night) if we had questions. And boy, they were 100% true to their word! Just in our first meeting, I could tell how knowledgeable they were and the expertise showed. They didn't beat around the bush and they gave me honest answers, as well as provide several options for my particular situation. They were always doing everything they could to get me the best possible deal on both my condo, and my future home.

They did an incredible job in helping stage my condo. Like I said, they've been doing this a long time so they knew how to make it attractive to prospective buyers. We literally got hundreds of views the first week!

When it came to house hunting, as promised, they both were extremely helpful and patient with us. We looked at dozens of homes, sometimes in further cities than we originally told them we were willing to go. Neither of them ever skipped a beat, and they showed us everything we sent them. Not only that, but they also helped us actively search for homes based on our checklist! They definitely did their research when it came to getting us into a home. Communication with them will never be an issue!

The home we decided to go with needed some TLC and a little upgrading. They handled ALL of the scheduling of inspections, and made sure to be present with everyone who came. They walked me through what I should be asking and looking for during all the inspections. Again, their experience came to light and they shined as I grew accustomed to.

Once all inspections passed their tests, the process of purchasing the home came next. They have a great working relationship with a lender whom I also have glowing reviews for. They saved me thousands during the purchase!

Even after everything was signed and we got the keys. They didn't need to do this, but they did (and continue to do), they gave us contacts of handymen, contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC experts, pool experts, you name it! The people that work on their home, now work on ours.

The level of trust is at its highest with Jeannine and Gina. Couldn't be more grateful that we got to work with them. Jeanine and Gina did a tremendous job for us. They explained the nature of the market prior to listing and gave us reasonable expectations. They spent time helping getting our home staged and suggested some minor repairs and arranged a cleaning service. When the time came and they listed the home it

I worked with Jeannine Rinetti to redecorate my home. I decided to use her services after feeling like my home was lacking the modern look I had envisioned for my home. A good friend of mine had used Jeannine's services to redecorate his home and after seeing the transformation, I knew I had to hire her. Jeannine did an amazing job redecorating my home. She achieved the modern look I wanted but also made my home feel warm and homey. She used a lot of what I already had in my home which helped in overall cost. My home now looks like a model home.

A few months ago, my wife and I decided to sell our house in Livermore and move up to Walnut Creek to be closer to friends and family. We found Gina (selling agent) and Jeannine (buying agent) from Rinetti to help us and I'm glad we did.

First of all, let me help describe these two. They're both wicked smart, supermodel, real estate dynamos. Every time I saw them they were dressed to the nines and ready to walk down a red carpet. I don't know what their morning routine looks like, but damn. I appreciated this since I pretty much wear pajamas (winter) or beach clothes (summer) everywhere I go. I would not be a good RE agent...

I digress.

Gina sold our house during the "fall slump". Despite our hem and hawing throughout the process, she and her attention to detail helped us get in contract within a couple of weeks, over asking! We were ecstatic. My wife and I have bought and sold few homes, but she's been the most 'on it', proactive, responsive and savvy selling agent we've ever had.

So, our house was in contract and we settled down with some friends for a couple of months, while Jeannine helped us find a new house (we're picky). I'm pretty sure Jeannine is not from this planet. I don't know where she's from, but wherever it is, the women are tall and they absolutely demand tenacity and hard work. We've had agents in the past that would take days to show us fresh listings. She would, no joke, jump on them immediately within hours. We finally found the gem we were looking for and got a clean offer out and accepted within 24 hours. Once we were in contract, we found out that a back-up offer $50k over asking came in a day later. If she wasn't such a bull-dog (I mean that in the most possible positive and flattering way), I'm sure we wouldn't have closed on the house of our dreams.
