Jeannine Rinetti is absolutely one of the best, if not the best, real estate agents I’ve ever worked with in the last 38 years. I found a home in Livermore, in which I was very interested. Jeannine met me at the property for a showing. We had never met before, and she wasn’t representing me. I was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge of the home, the neighborhood, and the current market in Livermore. She offered far more than the usual boiler plate information and stats. Just a few days and a couple of conversations later, I dropped my agent and chose Jeannine to represent me.

Jeannine understood the challenging nuances of wanting to purchase a 130-year-old home. She arranged for several inspections to be performed prior to the offer review date. Her foresight to gather the most information about the home allowed for both of us to discuss and present a most favorable offer without offering too high of a purchase price. Jeannine stayed on top of the home buying process from start to finish and beyond. She coordinated with the title company that was closing my Peninsula home to make sure the financial transitions and recordings would go off without a hitch so there would be no rent back or additional out of pocket expenses.

Jeannine’s referral bank for inspectors, contractors, landscapers, and handmen, is incredibly comprehensive. The 130-year old home needed several issues addressed before and after I moved in. Jeannine gave of her time and arranged for the work to be performed and to be present when the workers came to the house. Jeannine continues to stay in touch and offer support months after I purchased the home. Her work ethic exemplifies the pride and dedication she has for her chosen profession.

Our house was priced accurately, went UP when the offers rolled in, and sold quickly which was a necessity due to the home we purchased having a 14-day contingency for us to complete the sale!
