We had a fairly narrow range of price/size/location in mind, and Gina was patient and helpful as we took our time getting a better feel for the market and waiting for the right combination of those parameters to appear. As we visited homes, Gina provided excellent assessments, local knowledge, and even wrangling of a very active toddler to help us evaluate the properties. After two unsuccessful offers lost to cash and short closing, the three of us were a finely tuned machine when it came to preparing our third (successful!) offer. The closing process is where Gina really stood-out, with her calmness, expertise, and deep professionalism standing in stark contrast to the efforts of counter-party agent. Jeannine was great to work with! We inherited a hoarder house that hadn't been maintained for a long time, and we had to go through probate.
